Employment Law
Vin counsels public and private sector employers in many facets of the vast web of ever-evolving employment law. He zealously represents and defends employers in administrative agency investigations and charges, as well as employment litigation in Rhode Island state and federal courts. His focus is to proactively craft solutions and strategies for employers to sidestep costly and disruptive employment claims, often by his day-to-day counseling. The adage, “An ounce of prevention is a worth a pound of cure” aptly describes Vin’s methodical approach to advising employers.
